  • Proven Track record: Prefer established companies with a proven track record in short we want to see pre and post covid financials;
  • Payback Period: not exceeding 4 years;
  • Yearly income – minimal net annual income in the range of 400-700K $;
  • Low risk – We don’t do high risk like restaurants or high risk;
  • Sectors:
    • Real estate related: property management, financing, insurance, tech, flooring, aluminum doors and windows, etc;
    • Renewable energy;
    • Automotive related: finance, insurance, distribution, tech, after-service;
  • B2B focus, advantage if good management team in place;
  • Locations – Israel, Namibia, Portugal and Florida.
